Bishop Joseph A. Espaillat II, an Auxiliary Bishop of New York, is currently the Episcopal Vicar of the Bronx and Pastor of St. Anthony of Padua Church. Before being ordained a bishop on March 1, 2022, he was the Director of the Hispanic Catholic Charismatic Center and the Spiritual Director of the Hispanic Charismatic Renewal of the Archdiocese of New York. In 2012 Cardinal Dolan asked him to found the Office of Youth Ministry for the Archdiocese of New York. Prior to priestly ordination, he obtained a Masters of Divinity degree in theology and a Master of Arts degree in theology (specializing in Church History) from St. Joseph’s Seminary in Yonkers, NY. A priest of the Diocese of Albany, Father Fragomeni has since 1990 taught at Catholic Theological Union in Chicago where he is associate professor of liturgy and preaching and chairperson of the Department of Word and Worship. He is an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Religious Studies at DePaul University and has also served as the Rector of The Shrine of Our Lady of Pompeii, an Italian-American spiritual center in Chicago’s historic Little Italy. In addition to his teaching duties he is a preacher of parish missions and gives presentations nationally and internationally on liturgical, sacramental, and catechetical topics. He completed his S.T.B in theology and M.A. in religious studies at the University of Louvain, Belgium. Patrick E. Kelly is the 14th Supreme Knight of the Knights of Columbus, the world’s largest Catholic fraternal service organization, with more than 2 million members internationally. Mr. Kelly previously served as Deputy Supreme Knight and Vice President for Public Policy for 11 years. He was the first executive director of the Saint John Paul II National Shrine in Washington, D.C. Prior to his leadership roles in the Knights, he was Senior Advisor to the Ambassador-at-Large for International Religious Freedom at the State Department. He also held legal advisory roles on the House Intelligence Committee and in the Department of Justice, where he specialized in counterterrorism and national security. Mr. Kelly served in the United States Navy for 24 years as a Judge Advocate General, as Commanding Officer of the international law unit at the U.S. Naval War College, on the staff of the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations and aboard the USS Guam as the Staff Judge Advocate for Amphibious Squadron Two. He serves as consultant to the USCCB's Committees on Pro-life Activities, on Religious Liberty, on Laity, Marriage, Family Life and Youth, and Against Racism of the United States Conference. He was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the March for Life from 2012-2021. Bishop LaValley is the 14th Bishop of Ogdensburg. He is a native of Mooers Forks, NY and received a B.A. from the University of the State of New York. After a six-year tour of duty with the US Navy, he completed the Pre-theology program at Wadhams Hall Seminary-College and received his Master of Divinity degree from Christ the King Seminary in East Aurora. He was ordained to the Priesthood for the Diocese of Ogdensburg on September 24, 1988 by Bishop Stanislaus J. Brzana. He received his Master's and Doctorate in canon law at St. Paul's University in Ottawa, Ontario. He has served as rector of the diocesan Cathedral, pastor of several parishes, Adjutant Judicial Vicar, Chancellor of the Diocese, and Bishop's delegate to implement and oversee compliance with the Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People. He was named Bishop of Ogdensburg on April 30, 2010.

Lisa Lickona became Assistant Professor of Systematic Theology at Saint Bernard’s School of Theology and Ministry in Rochester, New York, in 2021 after an eight-year stint as Editor for Saints at Magnificat. Her work focuses on the intersection of holiness and life as expressed in the lives of the saints and the Church’s theological anthropology. Fr. Malachy is a priest of the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal and one of 56 National Eucharistic Preachers appointed by the US Bishops for the National Eucharistic Revival. Originally from Augusta, Georgia, the second of eight children of Bill and Cynthia Napier, he joined the Community of the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal in 2008, making his final vows in 2014, and being ordained to the priesthood in 2020. His first three years of priesthood were in the CFRs' mission in Matagalpa, Nicaragua, where his principal work was with youth and prisoners. The Most Rev. Edward B. Scharfenberger was appointed by Pope Francis the Bishop of Albany on February 11, 2014. He is a native of Brooklyn, and was ordained a priest on July 2, 1973. He earned a licentiate in sacred theology from the Academy of St. Alphonsus in 1977, a licentiate in Canon Law from Catholic University of America in 1980, a Juris Doctor of Law degree from Fordham University in 1990, and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1991. In the Diocese of Brooklyn, among other assignments, he served as pastor and judicial vicar. He presently serves as a Consultor to the Pontifical Commission for Religious Relations with the Jews as well as on the following committees and councils of the USCCB: National Advisory Council, Ecumenical and Interreligious Affairs, Administrative Committee, Committee on Priorities and Plans, and Subcommittee on the Church Africa.
